Meist ist es ja so, dass im Internet die Fotos und Berichte beschönigt sind – hier trifft das jedoch überhaupt nicht zu! Wir können uns daher den vorherigen Berichten anschließen und uns bei den super freundlichen Gastgebern, Katica und Mario, nochmals für diese schöne Woche bedanken! Die Villa ist tatsächlich in einem perfekten und absolut gepflegten Zustand und es mangelt dort an nichts. Auch wir haben ausschließlich die Außenküche beim Pool genutzt, die u.a. aus einem gemauerten Grill, Spülmaschine, Eiswürfelmaschine, Gasherd und einer Kühl- / Gefrierkombi besteht. In der näheren Umgebung ist ein kleiner Dorfladen vorhanden, bei dem wir unser Brot kauften, für die restlichen Einkäufe sind wir die 5 km nach Tar gefahren. Weiterhin befinden sich fußläufig in wenigen Minuten Entfernung mehrere gute Restaurants. Die Villa Vial ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen!!!

This is a beautiful villa but if the weather is as good as when we were there in July you will be spending most of your time around the pool and in the covered outdoor kitchen. Its here that the Villa Vial really excels the pool, and its surrounds are perfect, there are plenty of loungers, a refrigerator for cold drinks a wine fridge that the owner will keep stocked for you with his own wines (about 5 euro a bottle). The village has a small shop for essentials and close by (2km walk) there is a great restaurant (Zardin) with good rustic hearty food. Finally as everyone has commented the owners of the villa are delightful they are always willing to sort out any problems and were extremely generous with gifts of wine and cakes through the week. This really is a lovely place to visit and I fully recommend it. Graham

Sensationell! Wir (8 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder/Jugendliche) haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Traumvilla Vial verbracht! Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, da die Villa noch schöner ist, als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und oft mit Leckereien verwöhnt. Die Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich und immer zur Stelle, wenn etwas ist. Wir hatten den Eindruck, wir wären die ersten Gäste, da alles sehr neu und sehr sauber war. Die meiste Zeit haben wir draußen verbracht. Die Außenküche ist komplett ausgestattet und das angenehme Geräusch, wenn die Eiswürfel von der Maschine in den Behälter fallen, hätten wir aufnehmen sollen. Wir konnten die ganze Woche die Olympiade draußen verfolgen, da auch dort ein Fernseher stand. Ebenfalls im Fitnessraum mit Klimaanlage. Der Pool mit dem salzhaltigen Wasser war total angenehm. Es gab ausreichend Liegen, Schirme und Handtücher und ein zusätzliches WC beim Pool. Der Billardraum wurde gern von den Kindern genutzt. Mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern haben wir die Umgebung erkundet. Für jeden war etwas dabei! Wir haben uns alle äußerst wohl gefühlt! Tausend Dank an Katica und Mario.

Wundervoll, großartig, perfekt, super, traumhaft...eigentlich gibt es nicht mehr viel zu zufügen...wir 15 aus dem Harzvorland hatten in der Villa Vial bei Familie Visic einen ganz tollen Urlaub. Das Haus bietet einfach alles, es ist topp ausgestattet. Die Gastfamilie ist Klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und deshalb wird es nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Labinci in der Villa Vial gewesen sein. Dankeschön und bis bald Mario und Katica!

Wir waren mit 14 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder in der Zeit vom 04,06. bis 11.06.2016 zu Gast in der nahe zu Perfekt eingerichteten Villa Vial. Alles was wir vorgefunden haben war zu vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Vermieter sind das absolute Highlight. Sie haben und fast täglich mit Köstlichkeiten aus der Region verwöhnt z.B. Frische s Brot, Kuchen, Slivovic uvm. einfach Perfekt und super freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Dickes Danke an Mario und seine Familie.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub 01.08. - 15.08.2015 in der Villa Vial verbracht und unsere Erfahrung war überwältigend - wir haben selten etwas besseres erlebt. Die Villa ist riesengroß, top-ausgestattet, pico bello sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist herrlich und für Kinder ideal - wir waren in den ganzen zwei Wochen nur einmal am Meer zum baden. Es ist schlicht nicht erforderlich ans Meer zu fahren - den ganzen Stress (und das Geld) kann man sich getrost sparen. Absolutes Highlight ist die Aussenküche mit Grill - einfach super. Wir haben die Innenküchen nicht gebraucht und uns nur in der Aussenküche (inkl. Spülmaschine, Kühl- u. Gefrierkombination, Gasherd und Eiswürfelmaschine) aufgehalten. In der Nähe finden sich genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie mehrere Restaurants. Auch hier gibt es nur positives zu berichten. Wir haben jeden Tag sehr gut gegessen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Vermieter der Villa. Vom Begrüßungskuchen bis zu einem kompletten Abendessen (sehr lecker) haben diese uns beinahe jeden Tag überrascht. Wir haben so eine so großartige Gastfreundschaft noch nie erlebt. Der Ort Labinci liegt ca. 8 km von Porec entfernt und ist sehr uhrig und schön. Übrigens von der Villa aus kann man das Meer sehen - es gibt also Meerblick. Alles in Allem ein toller und sehr erholsamer Urlaub für die gesamte (Groß-)Familie - es war einfach herrlich.

What a spectacular home, owned by amazingly generous and kind folks!!! We rented the home in early spring and it was the perfect home for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 young children). The location was perfect from us - a five minute drive to some great local towns (Tar is five minutes away and has a great bakery, and a couple of tasty pubs and restaurants)...and a 10-15 minute drive from Porec. The home itself is absolutely beautiful. Newly renovated, it oozes character with sturdy stone walls, beautiful wood tile floors, beautiful views from all of the rooms, and plenty of room for large groups. The set up is great for a group because there is privacy with each of the individual apartments and great gathering spots outside and in the largest main floor apartment. The outside area is wonderful too - though it was too cold while we were there in early Spring to eat outside and use the pool - it's wonderful! The pool areas is beautiful, there is plenty of room to run around in the grass and there is a great outdoor kitchen. The home is owned by the family who lives next door and they welcomed us with open arms, a cake (yes, a homemade and delicious cake!), and plenty of smiles and hugs. All in all, this home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation!! We will forever remember the wonderful times we had at Villa Vial!

We rent this villa with ten persons. It's really like the photo's: luxe, clean and tastful decorated. We loved the outside kitchen and pool. The owners made is a Croatian meal, delicious!! Labinci is a small village but within ten minutes you drive to Porec. We had a great time at Villa Vial and recommend this villa for sure!

We rented Villa Vial 4 families together and had a fantastic week in the villa! It is actually even more nice than the pictures show. All rooms and bedrooms are newly renovated and in a very luxury way and with quality. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic - with dishwasher and all things you need - so you can do all cooking and eating outdoor. The host family is very nice and welcomes you in a very nice way and are there for any queries or if you need help with anything. We can truly recommend the Villa to everyone! It is a very good prince for a high quality leaving!

Wir waren Mitte Juni mit 9 Erwachsenen und einem Kind 1 Woche zu Gast in der Villa Vial. Die Villa liegt in dem kleinen Örtchen Labinci, 10 km nördlich von Porec. Die Villa ist mit 6 Zimmern in 3 extra zugänglichen Ferienwohnungen super ausgestattet und sehr sauber! In jeder Wohnung gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche - zusätzlich ist noch eine überdachte Küche mit großem Tisch, Grillplatz und extra WC am langen Pool vorhanden. Ausreichend Liegen mit Pool-Handtüchern, Waschraum mit Waschmaschine, Billardzimmer, Fitnessraum, Spielzimmer, Parkplätze für 3 Autos (einer überdacht) und 4 Fahrrädern sind außerdem vorhanden. Die (sehr nette) Vermieter-Familie wohnt direkt nebenan: Vom Begrüßungs-Kuchen über ein paar Flaschen-Wasser bis hin zum vollen Vino-Kühlschrank blieb kein Wunsch offen. In Labinci selbst gibt es zwei Restaurants, die wir beide empfehlen können. Und mit dem Auto kann man selbst Pula in 45 Minuten erreichen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub mit der besten Gastfreundlichkeit, die wir in den letzten 5 Jahren erleben durften! :-)

Die Ferienanlage ist sehr schön und überaus gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnräume sind modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und hat alles, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Die Außenküche ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, großzügig und zuvorkommend. Uns hat es super gut gefallen und wir können es wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Villa Vial in Labinci Eine sehr modern eingerichtete Villa mit 3 getrennten Wohnbereichen mit eigenen Eingängen. Sehr geschmackvoll und neu renovierte Wohnungen. Die Küchen sind komplett ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man benötigt. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gartenküche ist ein absolutes Highlight und bietet Platz für Gemütlichkeit . Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen! Generell liegt der Ort Labinci nahe am Meer und ideal zwischen Novigrad und Porec. Perfekt um Radtouren zu starten oder einen Badetag am Meer (10 min. mit dem Auto) zu verbringen. Die Vermieterfamilie ist außerordentlich gastfreundlich und überrascht die Gäste immer wieder mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten! Wein, Kuchen, Obst und vieles mehr. Auf den Punkt gebracht, es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Kroatien!

We booked this Villa with a group of 12 youngsters (age 20 - 22), looking for a Villa in the Porec area. We went with 2 vans, own means of transport is needed. After some big delays on the road (6h+ of traffic jams) we finally arrived at 10 p.m. at the villa. The Visic family were there personally to welcome us and then guide us around the house and hand us the keys. They even baked us a cake and put some beer/wine/water/schnapps in the fridge! The next day the family brought us a huge watermelon for dessert when they saw we were barbecuing outside. What a service! Then the villa itself: The photo's provided in the description of the villa look exactly like the reality. The villa must be recently restored, because everything is new, clean and luxurious. The kitchens (all three of them) were fully stocked (sewing kit, mixer, blender, toaster, you name it...) with a dishwasher and more then enough glass/kitchenware. The bathrooms were very clean and new, the bedrooms were tidy and the beds slept wonderful. An A/C is provided in every room, works like a charm! The outside kitchen is exactly as advertised and it's perfect to sit with the whole group. The pool is clean, the lawn is mowed and the garden is very well taken care of. The Villa is situated in Labinci-Kastelir, a very small town, with a very, very small supermarket ;). Porec, though busy with youngsters, is a nice town with a lot of cosy cafe's/restaurants. Porec is about 15 minutes away, the closest supermarket (with a car) about a 10 minute drive. The villa is situated about 5 - 10 minutes from the highway (toll), so a drive to Pula/Rovinj is easy and definitely worth it. The neighbourhood is quiet, so no loud noise after 10 p.m. but you'll enjoy the peace of lying in the sun at your own pool without being disturbed! Overall we were very surprised about the villa itself (we never thought it would be this good), and probably even more about how much the Visic family cared about their guests. The live next door and if there's something wrong (not likely), they're always available to help! Hope this review helps, and a very, very big thanks to the Visic family! Diederick (Netherlands)

Staying at Villa Vial. We, a group of ten, five couples, where staying at Villa Vial last september. When we arrived, the whole family greeted us and showed us the house and all facilities. Evrething was according to what we espected. The villa is very nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. Garden and swimmingpool area are just perfect for lacy afternoons. Expecially the outdoor kitchen proofed to be much used. One evening our hosts even cooked us a wonderful dinner, tradicional for the erea. The village is quiet, and nice to take a morning walks and buy warm bread in one of the small shops. There are many attractions to explore near by. Our two weeks stay was succsessful in all acounts. So we can recommend both hosts and house warmly.
