Villa Vial is located in the peaceful Istrian village of Labinci, near Poreč, and is an ideal choice for larger families or groups of friends. The villa consists of three fully equipped apartments rented together as one property and can accommodate up to 14 guests.
Guests can enjoy six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a spacious outdoor kitchen with a dining area, a large private swimming pool, a children’s playground and private parking. The interior combines modern comfort with traditional Istrian charm, while the quiet surroundings offer plenty of privacy and space to relax.
A shop and bakery are just a few minutes away on foot, the nearest beach is approximately 7 kilometres away, and Poreč is around 9 kilometres from the villa. Villa Vial is the perfect place for a shared holiday filled with swimming, relaxation and long summer evenings outdoors.

Heritage
The story of the villa
Villa Vial is part of a treasured family heritage with more than a hundred years of history. The owner's great-grandfather Matteo, a member of the well-respected Voivoda family, built the house in 1912. Matteo and his two sons built it entirely by hand, hauling white Istrian stone by oxen from the Mirna river valley some ten kilometres away. Built of stone, wood and clay, the house took seven years to complete.
That same clay still binds the stone walls today, and the original timber frame still carries the roof. Walls 70 cm thick keep the house cool even on the hottest summer days. The ground floor — today a five-star apartment, a gym and a games room — was once a stable for cows and goats, while the family lived on the first floor and used the second as a store for food and wine.
The house was later inherited by Elda, the owner's mother, who spent her whole life here with her husband and their son Marijan. After his parents passed away, Marijan decided to invest in the house and extend its life. Two years of dedicated work turned the old family home into the beautiful holiday villa it is today, preserving every original stone wall and pieces of the old furniture.
The family dedicated the villa's name to their children — the acronym VIAL joins the surname Višić with the names Ivon, Antonio and Leon.
